Jouri Hills

Project Overview & Description

Jouri Hills is an exclusive residential community at Jumeirah Golf Estates, featuring 294 contemporary homes ranging from 3-bedroom townhouses to luxurious 6-bedroom mansions. Surrounded by green landscaped parks and thoughtfully designed community spaces, the development offers a refined lifestyle where modern architecture, natural light, and spacious living come together.

Each home at Jouri Hills is designed with contemporary architecture that maximizes natural light and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and double-height spaces bring brightness and openness into the interiors, creating a feeling of lightness, comfort, and elegance. The residences also include smart home solutions, adding modern convenience and control to everyday living.

Detached villas come with private swimming pools as standard, while the most luxurious homes in the community offer more than 14,000 square feet of space across four floors. These grand residences include underground parking, basements with flexible entertainment or fitness layouts, and a landscaped English courtyard designed for outdoor entertainment and family gatherings.

All homes are equipped with premium European appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven and hood, microwave, and fridge. The residences are offered unfurnished, allowing homeowners to personalize their interiors while enjoying a high-quality foundation of design, comfort, and functionality.
