Project Overview

Seef Residences is a waterfront residential project by Alef Group, located at Khan / Maryam Island, Sharjah. The development comprises five buildings, three facing the beach and two rising above a three-level podium. Its architecture combines horizontal balcony bands, curved corners, recessed glazing and arches with subtle Neo-Art Deco references.

Building 3 offers one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, while Building 4 features one- to three-bedroom apartments. Selected three- and four-bedroom layouts include maid’s rooms.
